What the guest liked: The entire place and the room were very clean, and smelled really nice. The room was very spacious, comfortable bed, had everything I needed, including a clothing steamer which was nice to have. Property location was great, and the staff I comunicated with was very nice and helpful, responded fast every time. I will definetely chose to stay here again.

What the guest liked: Totul la superlativ. Camera spatioasa, frumos amenajata si dotata cu tot ce ai nevoie,. Este un loc foarte frumos in care te poti rasfata, mai ales in cuplu. Cada din camera este imensa, sauna execptionala si totul este de calitate..Check-in si chack-out facil, indicatiile usor de inteles. Zona este linistita, aproape de centru. Magazine, restaurante aproape iar mall la 5 min de mers pe jos.

What the guest liked: Great stay with an amazing location! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ JMR Splendor was a really nice place to stay. The location is perfect — very close to the Old Town, so it was convenient to explore the area and get around. What I really appreciated is that the place looks exactly like the pictures. No surprises when you arrive! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The sauna and bathtub were definitely the highlights — absolutely superb and perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. 🛁✨ Overall, a beautiful and comfortable stay in a great location. I would definitely recommend JMR Splendor and would happily stay here again! 🤍

What the guest disliked: One small thing that could be improved: there was a slight smell in the bathroom, possibly because the exhaust fan wasn’t strong enough. Other than that, I honestly had no complaints about the stay.

What the guest liked: Nice to have the sauna in the room. Easy to use and comfortable. Large bath available as well.

What the guest disliked: Like many European hotels, there are no elevators so be prepared to carry luggage up and down the stairs. A bit surprising that there is no reception, but hotel personnel is responsive via booking when needed.
