About the location

JMR Royal

JMR Royal's architecture combines authentic period details with today's comfort, without compromise. The building dates from the 1920s and was fully restored and renovated in 2018. All exterior design elements were preserved and restored. Classic style appears in chandeliers, upholstery and sculpted solid wood furniture, with a different arrangement in each room. The nine units include rooms, suites, the REGAL and VERONA apartments with kitchens, and the 107 m² MONALISA loft. Five units have a private sauna. You complete online check-⁠in before arrival using the link sent to you right after booking. Entry is by personal codes sent by WhatsApp or SMS. There is no physical reception desk. The JMR team is available 24/7 by phone and WhatsApp for questions and help during your stay. Assisted reception also takes bookings by phone.

What the guest liked: Ein wunderschönes Apartment, liebevoll gestaltet und eingerichtet, mit allem, was man braucht. Das Bett war mega bequem und komfortabel. Aus der Badewanne heraus konnte man Fernsehen schauen. Gute Klimaanlage, Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür an der Straße. Sehr sauber und stilvoll. Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer über WhatsApp, sehr zuvorkommend. Die Türen sind sehr gut gesichert mit Dreifach-Schlössern, kontaktlos ohne Karte oder Ähnlichem. Super Lage nahe der Fußgängerzone, mit guten Restaurants im direkten Umkreis. Kostenloser Sekt stand bei Ankunft für uns bereit - generell gute Ausstattung (Eiswürfelmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Sauna, etc.). Constanța selbst ist nicht wahnsinnig sehenswert, von daher verbringt man gerne und viel Zeit im Apartment.

What the guest disliked: Es gibt keinen Aufzug, man muss die Koffer in den dritten Stock tragen. Und am Dach ist ein Baum, der bei Wind immer gegen den Dachstuhl haut. Es war sehr windig, als wir da waren ;-) aber das trübt das Erlebnis in keinster Weise! :)

What the guest liked: Facilities are as advertised, beautiful, comfortable, functional and just all round great Penthouse. Staff is super helpful, well drilled, always at the ready to support. The complementary Lambrusco was just the right touch too. Location is very good for accessing the rest of Constanta, near shops, fairly peaceful

What the guest disliked: The stairs 😅 .. not sure what can be done about them though ... it was worth the climb
