CLEOPATRA is a 90 m² loft whose timber beams and skylights define the room's architecture. The open layout brings together the sleeping area, bathtub and places to sit, creating a setting for a romantic getaway. Spend time talking at the bar or in the armchairs, then end the evening in your private sauna. The shower room is separate from the open space.

JMR Splendor

JMR Splendor's architecture combines authentic period details with today's comfort, without compromise. The building was constructed in 1920 and fully restored and renovated in 2025. All exterior design elements were preserved and restored. The interiors reinterpret classic style through chandeliers, upholstery and solid wood furniture. The 13 units include 11 rooms of 20 to 35 m² and two lofts: CLEOPATRA, at 90 m², and VENUS, at 85 m². Seven units have a private sauna. Before arrival, you complete online check-⁠in using the link sent to you right after booking. On arrival day, your personal access codes are sent to you by WhatsApp or SMS. There is no physical reception desk. The JMR team is available 24/7 by phone and WhatsApp for questions and help during your stay. You can also book by phone at the same number.

What the guest liked: A wonderful and comfortable stay Thank you very much—almost everything was perfect. The bed was large and comfortable, making it ideal for a relaxing night as a couple. The room, bathroom and sauna were all extremely clean, and thoughtful essentials such as toothbrushes were provided. Everything that you see on the picture is what you will get there. The whole place smelled fresh and pleasant from the moment we entered the building. We also loved the modern keypad locks—you only need to enter a code, so there is no metal key to carry or worry about losing. The only issue was that we could not find any information showing the prices of the items in the refrigerator. We assumed they were complimentary and enjoyed them. A clearly displayed minibar price list would help prevent this confusion. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. We’ll definitely be back soon—we’re already missing the place!

What the guest disliked: Nonostante il voto sia in assoluto 10/10, due consigli li vorrei condividere con la proprietà: 1- nel loft le finestre a soffitto non possono essere oscurate. Sono molte e illuminano l'ambiente con moltissima luce naturale, il che è perfetto. Però, per chi come noi è sensibile alla luce mattutina, alle prime luci dell'alba significa svegliarsi immediatamente... :-) niente di critico, ma suggerirei di installare, almeno sulle finestre esattamente sopra il letto, delle tendine parzialmente oscuranti operabili elettricamente. 2- col booking del loft sarebbe compresa una bottiglia di spumante. Peccato che alla fine fosse lambrusco Emiliano frizzante. Ottimo vino, per carità, ma soprattutto per noi italiani la differenza tra lambrusco e spumante è assolutamente marcata! :-) sarebbe meglio specificare per correttezza. Tutto il resto PERFETTO!

What the guest disliked: Mecanismul ușilor poate fi puțin dificil, mai ales dacă ești grăbit și neatent, dar nu a fost o problemă majoră.
